This is your invitation to rise above the possible.Job posting end date: 06/10/2025IntroductionWe are seeking a Business Analyst, Commercial Analytics, to join our Service Commercial Support and Marketing team in the Market Area Europe and Central Asia (MA ECA). This is a 6-month fixed-term position perfect for someone pursuing or recently graduated from their studies and has a genuine interest in business reporting, data modeling, and user experience design.In this role, you will support developing and maintaining Power BI reporting solutions for our sales and services organizations. You don’t need to be a technical expert – if you have the right attitude and curiosity to learn, we’ll support you on your growth journey. You will report to the Director, Marketing and Service Commercial Support.The position is mainly located in Espoo or Tampere, Finland, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options. The start date in the role is flexible from mid-August 2025 onwards.Team you belong toYou’ll be part of a collaborative and international team of commercial support and analytics experts who are passionate about enabling smart, data-driven decisions. We work closely with colleagues in Sales, Service Operations, Business Lines, and Global Analytics, driving improvements in reporting and user experience across the region. Our team values continuous learning, shared success, and hands-on problem-solving.What you’ll do

• Assist in developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Support business stakeholders in understanding and utilizing data.
• Collaborate with global teams to align reporting practices and ensure data consistency.
• Participate in improving reporting user experience and usability.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting tools.
• Contribute to the development of new KPIs and performance metrics.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting tasks as needed.

• You are currently pursuing a degree or recently graduated in Information Management, Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Technology, Data Processing, Economics, or a similar field.
• You have a genuine interest in reporting, databases, data modeling, and business analytics.
• You are comfortable with MS Excel and other MS Office tools, and familiar with the basics of data modeling and databases.
• You enjoy solving problems and turning data into meaningful insights.
• You communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
• You’re eager to learn, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions or take initiative.
• Experience with Power BI, SAP, SQL, or Tableau is a plus, but not a must.
