This is a place to make a difference in the world.The Role & What You Will Be DoingEvery day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Business Analyst & CRM Coordinator role will make an impact:

• Maintenance of the SalesForce CRM system, under the coordination of the Key Account Manager
• Salesforce report update and maintenance
• Salesforce training for new colleagues
• Ensuring analytical support to the Marketing and SalesTeam under the supervising of the Key Account Manager
• Weekly and monthly reports update in Excel
• Ad-hoc reporting from different data sources
• Preparation of reports for the cycle meetings
• To provide decision support via the analysis of IQVIA and other reports and perform the admin tasks of the Salesforce system
• Continuous contact with Medical Representatives, handling and follow-up of emerging problems

About Your Skills & ExperienceFor this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

• University degree or College studies, preferably in finance, economy
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience is this field, and IQVIA experience is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills
• Advanced excel skills
• Power Pivot knowledge is an advantage
• High level of accuracy
• Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required
