Aligned with local market needs and efficient processes, we deliver simple digital solutions and exceptional end-to-end experiences for both customers and advisers. Our goal is to enable easy and confident decisions related to buying and owning real estate and to increase opportunities for self-service.As a Business Analyst, you will join the Advice and Decide squad, that works in Finland, Lithuania, and India. The squad focuses on the Finnish and Swedish housing markets and collaborates with various stakeholders to translate business needs and requirements into clear objectives for development. This includes challenging existing practices, providing domain knowledge, analyzing problems, managing projects, facilitating workshops and much more.You will:
- Analyze, develop, test, and document deliveries in collaboration with various stakeholders
- Understand the business needs to translate requirements into clear objectives
- Expand your knowledge of housing elements from both a user and a system perspective, and learn how to tie them together to ensure the right solutions
- Share your ideas, opinions, and feedback openly and constructively
- Work in an environment with an innovative mindset, focusing on deliveries and opportunities to grow professionally and personally
Opportunity for a business analystThis position is a good development step for a business professional who has worked in business or IT development for a couple of years or more. We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds, but it is beneficial if you are familiar with the financial sector and the Finnish housing market.We expect you to have:
- Previous experience as a business analyst
- Effective collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- A curious and analytical mindset with the ability to see things through a holistic perspective
- Interest in teamwork, problem-solving, and agile setup
- Proficiency in English
