Aligned with local market needs and efficient processes, we deliver simple digital solutions and exceptional end-to-end experiences for both customers and advisers. Our goal is to enable easy and confident decisions related to buying and owning real estate and to increase opportunities for self-service.As a Business Analyst, you will join the Advice and Decide squad, that works in Finland, Lithuania, and India. The squad focuses on the Finnish and Swedish housing markets and collaborates with various stakeholders to translate business needs and requirements into clear objectives for development. This includes challenging existing practices, providing domain knowledge, analyzing problems, managing projects, facilitating workshops and much more.You will:
