• This role is responsible for strategic business planning at country level and consolidation of country data including monitoring and analysis, calculation of business driver efficiency based on country performance, analysis of market trends, business performance analysis, detection of opportunities and defining of actions for sustainable long-term development on country level;
• responsible for evaluation (ROI) of our investment on market and gives guideline for future investments policy and standards;
• responsible for commercial budget optimization/relocation of resources in most efficient way, responsible for acceleration plans for new projects strongly connected to other Customer Excellence functions (pricing and revenue, category, trade marketing and sales);
• consolidate total annual budget (commercial CAPEX and OPEX) and monitors its spending concerning the plan on an annual basis, as well as each necessary type of Annual Operating Plan analysis;
• follow up of all customer budget investment and deep dive analysis by channel, customer, POC, category, etc;
• in charge for reporting & tool development such as target volume, income&cost, cost& achievements;
• lead and support one direct report colleague.

You need us, if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in similar functions, preferably FMCG;
• expertise in management of commercial budgets (discounts, S&M costs and commercial CAPEX);
• expertise in all main financial statements;
• understanding of main business drivers;
• strategic and conceptual thinking, influencing and people leadership;
• strong technical skills in defining channel strategies based on customer, consumer, and shopper insights;
• demonstrated ability to work successfully with clients, to drive a wide company commercial agenda;
• advanced level of Excel;
• advanced communication and presentation skills in Hungarian and in English language as well.
