The domain is responsible for our digital channels, Netbank and Mobile bank – building the foundation for a digitally competitive and relationship-driven bank, while ensuring compliance. The Digital Bank OFB2 team is part of the Omnichannel domain focusing on new business initiatives e.g. Digital Bank 2.0 with seven agile teams that develop online and mobile banking solutions for the banks.The Business analyst role offers the opportunity to interact with customers to define their needs, within one of the top strategic focus areas in BEC. You will be a key person in the field between development, business and end user analyzing problems and identifying solutions.Omnichannel interacts with a lot of other teams in BEC, and you will have stakeholders both internally and externally. At BEC, we prefer to collaborate often in the office, but we also keep the opportunity to work remotely up to 8 days per month. Your direct manager will be Camilla Fremming Hansen.Primary task and responsibilities include:

• Clarifying and aligning expectations and needs of our customers in cooperation with the product owner and refinement team
• Breaking down features into user stories and defining acceptance criteria
• Working closely with the development team and drive the progress during analysis, development, implementation and test
• Acting as a sparring partner to your colleagues in the domain
• Facilitating meetings, presentations and workshops
• Creating and maintaining documentation and user handbooks
• Handling incidents and business support

To succeed you will have:

• A collaborative mindset, being self-driven and responsible team player who works effectively with individuals at all levels, both within and outside the organization
• Proficiency in understanding our customers’ business and needs
• Problem solving abilities through analytical and conceptual thinking
• Process knowledge and understanding
• Fluency in writing and speaking Danish and English, as handbooks, meetings and communication with our customers are in Danish. Our business language internally is English.
