All applications with skills for the position are welcome!We are looking for an Amazing: Business Analyst SalesforceSeniority: Senior (5+ years)Type of position: Hybrid model in Lisbon. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal!The amazing you, will have:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst working with Salesforce, ideally Service Cloud Hands-on experience with Live Chat,
• Chatbot integrations, or conversational platforms (e.g., Salesforce Live Agent, Einstein Bots, Intercom, Drift, etc.) MANDATORY.
• Strong understanding of CRM workflows, case management, and customer support processes Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Fluent in Portugues and English.
• Nice to Have: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Business Analyst, Service Cloud Consultant)
• Experience with third-party chatbot platforms or NLP tools Exposure to customer experience (CX) or customer journey mapping Background in customer service operations or digital transformation
