One of the most central technology components in establishing our digital Colleague Experience ecosystem is the SuccessFactors platform – internally called People Portal – which is covering a growing proportion of our hire-to-retire journey.As the Tech Consultant SAP HCM/SuccessFactors you will lead requirement gathering, documentation and configuration reviews for our SAP SuccessFactors suit. You will work closely with functional stakeholders understanding business goals and pain points. You will support the Product Management team by enriching user stories, analysing business requirements, architecting configurations and testing throughout the product development lifecycle. Furthermore, you will drive standard implementation and operational excellence of our People Tech landscape together with external parties.About You @Pandora:You will work very closely with functional stakeholders and the technical team to

• Drive the analysis of business objectives and pain points converting them into requirements and ready-to-develop user stories
• Enrich user stories with relevant detail to drive higher quality outcomes
• Work with stakeholders, to identify potential benefits and viable options for implementation
• Drive standardization and non-functional requirements definition
• Document and execute acceptance test scripts
• Support master-data management, system configuration and operational excellence in support processes
• Participate and contribute to all agile scrum ceremonies including daily stand up meetings, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint demo, and sprint retrospective.

What is needed to succeed

• Solid knowledge of SuccessFactors platform (primarily Performance & Goals, Succession & Development and Compensation & Variable Pay; experience with additional modules is a plus) and Metadata Framework, Hire to Retire functionality, and industry standards
• Certifications in relevant SAP SuccessFactors modules are preferred
• Ability to translate business needs and pain points into technical requirements
• Expert problem-solving, listening, written and verbal communication, and decision-making skills
• Effective influencer and ability to work with large cross-functional teams to manage, support and solve problems
