Diego Foods Ltd. is seeking an experienced and technically proficient **Marketing & Business Analytics Manager** to lead marketing and analytics initiatives for our diverse portfolio of brands, including Tacito Pizzeria, Soft Side Shakes & Cakes, Taal Indian Pizza, Chicago Chef, Apache Hostel, and three Apache Pizza franchise locations in Dublin, Ireland. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing Implementation: Develop data-driven marketing strategies for each brand to achieve measurable business outcomes. Manage end-to-end marketing initiatives across multiple channels, ensuring precision in execution and adherence to KPIs. Advanced Data Analytics: Perform complex analyses using Power BI, Tableau, and SQL to uncover actionable insights from multi-dimensional datasets. Build predictive models and conduct scenario planning to forecast marketing outcomes and optimize resource allocation. Digital Campaign Optimization: Design, implement, and monitor high-performance campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO frameworks. Leverage advanced analytics to optimize campaigns through A/B testing, attribution modeling, and bid strategy adjustments. Market Intelligence: Conduct advanced competitor and market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities. Integrate insights from external and internal data sources to refine brand positioning and market strategies. Customer Journey Mapping: Analyze and optimize customer journeys across all touchpoints to improve engagement and retention. Implement strategies to personalize customer interactions based on behavioral and transactional data. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with finance, operations, and sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with organizational objectives. Deliver training sessions on analytics tools, fostering a data-driven culture across departments. Performance Metrics Management: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and business operations. Regularly review performance against benchmarks, implementing corrective actions where necessary. Data Governance and Regulatory Compliance: Oversee data management protocols, ensuring high data quality and compliance with GDPR and other regulatory standards. Implement robust data pipelines and maintain data visualization tools for real-time decision-making. Essential Qualifications: Level 8 or 9 degree in Marketing and a Level 9 degree in Business Analytics. Minimum of 4 years of experience in data-driven marketing and business analytics, or a related role. Expertise in analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL, with demonstrable technical proficiency. Advanced knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, and automation systems.
