We’re ambitious for our children and young people, families and staff and believe in their futures.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Business Applications Analyst to join our established Systems team. As a Business Applications Analyst you will play an essential role in supporting our community wide operational teams in fully utilising our key systems.Key Responsibilities

• Configuration of our key business applications, including fostering and adoption case management, residential home rostering and residential case management.
• Manage system permissions and audit user access
• Support Super Users in the resolution of end user queries
• Review how the applications are used identify best practice and opportunities for improvements
• Review new functionality as it is released, and implement when adopted

Requirements for the role:The successful candidate should have the following skills and experience:

• Strong IT skills
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, in both business terms and technical terms
• Experience of documenting processes, developing user guides and systems training
• Strong problem solving skills
