We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Central Developer to join our client’s team in Helsinki. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into efficient, effective solutions that drive business success.Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions based on client requirements.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and project managers to implement Business Central solutions.
• Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and provide support to ensure smooth implementation and integration.
• Write and maintain code, following best practices to ensure scalability, security, and performance of the Business Central system.
• Develop reports and dashboards for clients, utilizing Power BI or other reporting tools.
• Integrate Business Central with other software systems, including third-party applications and tools.
• Test and validate solutions, ensuring they meet client needs and are free of errors.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams.
• Stay up to date with the latest updates and best practices for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Central Developer or in a similar ERP development role.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, AL programming language, and C/AL (Classic version) is a plus.
• Experience with integrating Business Central with third-party applications and tools.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database management systems.
• Solid understanding of business processes, particularly in finance, logistics, and manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Finnish is a plus.
