Our headquarters are in Aarhus, Denmark, and we maintain a global presence with sales offices and production sites across South America, Asia, Europe, and North America.How you will make an impactAs our new Business Consultant, you will identify, develop, and enable IT initiatives that optimize business processes across AFI. Acting as a trusted partner to our business units, you will help shape ideas into structured projects aligned with our strategy. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business and IT, ensuring opportunities are clearly defined, prioritized, and executed successfully.Your key responsibilities will include:

• Explore, capture and review IT demands from business and align with relevant stakeholders.
• Drive project maturation, facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders.
• Analyze business challenges and translate them into clear and actionable IT requirements.
• Build project proposals and business cases.
• Engage central IT, architects, and Agile Release Trains to drive solution delivery.
• Maintain and communicate the digital roadmap.

What will make you successfulWe are looking for a structured and analytical professional who bridges the gap between IT and business needs. Ideally, you come from IT, consulting, corporate excellence, or a related field with experience spanning business processes and IT systems. You communicate effectively and enjoy collaborating in a global organization.To succeed in this role, you bring:

• 2-5 years of experience in business process optimization combined with IT.
• A positive, curious, and proactive “can-do” attitude.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills to engage stakeholders at various levels.
• Experience with business process mapping and optimization.
• Detail-oriented with persistence to identify root causes.
• An analytical mindset and confidence in challenging the status quo.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and IT processes is a plus.
• A structured, results-driven approach.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
