We offer you a challenging and developing role, with the opportunity to showcase measurable results. You get your own customer portfolio, with some of the most iconic brands on the Norwegian FMCG market.This is a role designed to build and develop strong partnerships with strategic Clients to drive their satisfaction and inspire them.Accountabilities:Earning Client Trust and Building Relationships – Building and maintaining strong networking and engagement with key players in client networks.Understanding Client Needs – Understanding client’s business and being able to apply NielsenIQ solutions to meet client needs.Thought-leadership – Educates the client on industry trends and best practices adopted by peer companies.Sales Management – Creating proposals and converting any opportunities into a sale. Understanding how to price NielsenIQ’s products and the processes we use. Identifying client needs and networking with relevant contacts in NielsenIQ who can develop these issues further with relevant solutions. Always alert and shows a proven interest in the commerciality of our business.Sales Negotiation & Process – Solid understanding of and ability to leverage and articulate the steps involved in the Enterprise Selling process. Supporting Commercial consultant/s and Commercial Team lead/s in preparing RFP. Clearly articulating Nielsen’s value proposition and engaging clients in jointly addressing business priorities. Understanding the decision-making process and influencing key decision makers. Pre-empting stakeholder’s objections and pushing the client to a favorable outcome using Microsoft Dynamics on a daily usage basis.Planning & Forecasting – Actively contributing to business planning i.e. financial targets, proposal submissions, revenue on hand etc.Solution Knowledge – Familiar with basic products from NielsenIQ portfolio and NielsenIQ tools and systems.Teamwork – Working continuously with Customer Success and to ensure that leads and opportunities are picked up, pertinent information about clients is shared, account strategy is aligned, and the relevant people are consulted and/or informed of key activity on an account.Collaboration – Working closely with specialist teams to ensure all work is connected to client business issues, is delivered on time, with a focus on outcomes.You need:Strong client-facing and communication skillsUnderstands financial terminology and how this relates to business successStrong problem-solving skills and analytically curiousStrong time management/project management skills.Strong sales drive, strong persistenceTeam player: humble, hungry, and smartCapable of working as part of a team within a fast-paced, challenging, and demanding environment whilst maintaining ambitious standardsComfortable working in a digital enabled environmentWe offer:Professional Growth – You will have a chance to grow with us, leading important clients in Norway and facing challenges that will bring you to the next stage in your career.Training & Development – You will learn about all the services that NielsenIQ is delivering. Preferably in relevant jobs in the Retail, FMCG or consulting industryFluent in Norwegian (written and oral) or other Scandinavian languagesStrong business EnglishOur Benefits
