This is a 100% client assignment role (formal title will be Senior Advisor) where you’ll work hands-on with transformation teams across one or more customer organizations. You may be fully allocated to a single client, or balance several parallel assignments, depending on the customer needs.In this role, you act as the face of Sofigate for your customer – building trust through your expertise and taking ownership of the client relationship. With entrepreneurial drive, you identify opportunities to deepen collaboration and shape impactful solutions based on real needs.Here’s what it might look like in practice: You might join a retail company’s transformation journey and work directly with the CIO and CMO to reduce IT costs while improving omnichannel customer experience. By applying Human-Centric Business Design and the Business Technology Standard, you facilitate strategy workshops, co-create a transformation roadmap, and help build the case for change. You are also hands-on in producing all key materials – from insight-driven presentations to clear, visual transformation roadmaps. You identify where Sofigate’s Business Design team can support execution – from service design to governance – and ensure the team delivers clear, measurable value.Your main responsibilities include:

• Act as the lead Sofigate contact in client engagements, owning the relationship with CXO-level stakeholders
• Identify and shape strategic initiatives together with the client (e.g. reducing IT spend while enhancing customer experience)
• Translate complex challenges into structured, actionable transformation initiatives
• Independently produce high-quality, executive-level deliverables – such as presentations, roadmaps, governance models, and communication materials – that make a measurable impact
• Work hands-on with the client’s business and technology teams – planning, facilitating, and driving progress during active execution
• Facilitate critical discussions at senior level and take full ownership of key outcomes
• Lead and oversee the quality and impact of Business Design team delivery, including close collaboration with client personnel and external partners
• Lead across a wide stakeholder network – including clients, internal teams, and ecosystem partners – ensuring clarity, alignment, and momentum
• Support new opportunity development with Sales and Delivery leads

What we expect from you:

• A solid background (typically 5+ years of relevant experience in consulting, enterprise transformation, or strategic advisory)
• Human Centric Business Design methodology experience
• Experience working with executive-level decision-makers (CIO, CDO, COO, CFO)
• Strong understanding of business-technology alignment, customer experience, and enterprise performance
• Proven ability to both shape strategy and deliver tangible outcomes
• You are fluent in tools like PowerPoint and can turn complex ideas into clear, visual deliverables that support executive-level decision making
• Excellent communication and presentation skills – you are comfortable leading workshops, presenting to CXO-level audiences, and defending your insights
• Fluent in Finnish and English (Swedish is a plus)

• Experience with AI, analytics, automation or low-code platforms
• Background in financial services, public sector, or manufacturing
• Training or certification in leadership, facilitation, or coaching
