Let’s bring our creativity together to create world-class services!”Your responsibilitiesYour primary responsibility is to understand the client’s needs, evaluate the business value of creating services, and translate these needs into clear, actionable requirements that can be developed and delivered to clients.You are responsible for providing insight on new service opportunities and coordinating the business product development portfolio of Euroclear Finland, ensuring the competitiveness and profitability of the new services and their attractiveness to our clients.Your tasks include

• Formulate and conduct analysis of market trends, clients, competitive landscape and product performance to detail business opportunities and provide insights. This entails scrutinizing data to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the market, ensuring our services remain competitive and relevant.
• Actively participate in service development, design and pricing of new and existing services, ensuring that all offerings meet market demands and client expectations.
• Coordinate the new service development portfolio
• Constantly improve our product management capabilities in collaboration with the team
• Work closely with Euroclear Finland Head of Product Management to provide input to the Euroclear Finland business strategy
• Close liaison with other departments of Euroclear Finland and co-operation with Euroclear Group

The ideal combination of experiences, skills and background is

• Result driven analytical approach with strong business mind and accountability
• Proven experience in business analysis, requirements collection, product development and project/program management
• Experience in new technologies, digitalisation, data services as well as the Finnish financial sector with knowledge to various types of products and instruments is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, both in Finnish and in English
• Independent, customer focused, and with positive and proactive working attitude
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work with strict timelines
• Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
• 5 years of relevant professional experience for example in the field of consulting
• University degree or equivalent experience, preferably in business or technology.
