Hartley People Recruitment are hiring for a Business Development Executive in Enniscorthy!Are you passionate about creating business opportunities and developing client relationships? Join our client in an exciting sales role that blends strategic planning with hands-on engagement in a thriving B2B environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities via planning databases, cold calls, emails, and networking.
- Research and connect with potential customers, gaining insights into their needs.
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients in growth segments, tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
- Utilize journey plans, sales tools, and presentations to optimize time and resources.
- Accurately track and update all sales activities within the CRM system.
- Meet monthly targets and submit reports to the sales director.
- Maintain expertise in the client’s products and services.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in B2B sales or business development, ideally within the construction industry.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude with a clean driver’s license.
