You will play a key role in developing new business opportunities, managing strategic accounts, and expanding our market presence in Ireland for medical device testing, consultancy, and packaging services.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the medical device sector in the Irish market.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts, building strong, long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored testing and consultancy solutions.
• Support strategic business planning through market insights and client feedback.
• Contribute to the development of proposals and commercial agreements (with support from senior management and legal).
• Use CRM tools to document and track sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
• Participate in relevant industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry or related field).
• 3+ years’ experience in sales or business development in the medical device, biotech, or pharma sector.
• Strong understanding of medical device regulations (ISO, GLP).
• Experience in managing client relationships and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.
