We are seeking a dynamic and competitive Business Development Manager (Mandarin & English Speaker) to drive growth and accelerate our revenue Responsibilities Business development •Conduct market research to pinpoint potential clients and understand renovating industry trends •Target and secure new business opportunities, including residential property owners , commercial property owners •Prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and pricing structures tailored to clients’ renovation needs •Represent Golden Bridge at networking events, trade shows, and industry meetings to increase brand visibility •Work closely with the construction and project management teams to ensure customer expectations are met •Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business •Organize and lead client meetings, presentations, and tastings to secure new contracts •Attend events, activities, and networking functions to promote our renovating services among the Asian communities in Ireland Financial responsibility •Assist in the development of the annual sales budget and revenue forecasts •Monitor and control departmental expenses to stay within budget •Conduct cost analysis for renovating services to ensure competitive and profitable pricing •Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure favourable terms and conditions •Take ownership of the company’s growth objectives by generating new leads, closing deals, and maximizing revenue opportunities across all projects Market & research •Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns •Managing our online platforms both in Chinese and English Other responsibilities •Oversee the procurement of materials and products from China, ensuring cost-effective sourcing, high quality, and timely delivery. Build relationships with Chinese suppliers to streamline the purchasing process Requirements ·A diploma or a bachelor’s degree in sales, business administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field ·Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, finance or a similar role within ·Fluency in Mandarin is essential; proficiency in other Asian languages is a plus ·Having practical experience in construction industry will be preferable ·Strong negotiation skills ·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal. ·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial management software.
