TF Bank is looking for a Business Development Manager!Our credit card department is growing, and we are seeking a skilled and engaged Business Development Manager to drive the development of our credit card products and services.Responsibilities:

• Lead projects to improve customer experience and increase customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development and launch of new products in the credit card market.
• Identify and analyze new market opportunities and trends to ensure competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promote credit card products.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and routines within the credit card department.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in banking and finance, preferably within the credit card market.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the credit card market.
• Experience in developing and implementing successful business strategies.
• Good communication skills.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
