We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele and drive sustainable financial growth. The successful candidate will be the front of the company, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Develop growth strategies and plans for the sales department.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets.
- Seek out the appropriate contact in an organisation, generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
- Understand the needs of your customers and respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.
- Draw up client contracts
- Have a good understanding of the businesses’ products or services and be able to advise others about them.
- Ensure staff are on board throughout the organisation, and understand the need for change and what is required of them.
