Are you ready to drive strategic business development, with a focus on Financial Anti-Crime, across banking?Do you have deep understanding of transactional banking and IT, along with the motivation to make a real impact by influencing others?If so, then you could be the perfect fit!The position and teamAs a Business Development Manager, you will drive SDC’s strategic Financial Anti-Crime Agenda, collaborating across various business areas and engaging with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. Your role will be essential in identifying industry trends and opportunities to combat Financial Fraud.You will gain significant external exposure, working closely with banks, industry peers, customers, and internal teams to align and support the strategic Anti-Fraud agenda. Once established, your role will evolve to include broader responsibilities, offering room for growth and development.You will join a newly formed team of 3 experienced Business Development Managers, each leading initiatives within their respective areas. Together, you will play a vital role in advancing SDC’s strategy through collaboration, clarity, and a customer-centric approach.Key focus areas and responsibilities:

• Influence key decisions and ensure alignment with SDC’s overall direction
• Drive SDC’s Financial Anti-Crime Agenda
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, customers, industry peers (e.g., e-nettet, Finans Danmark), and sector groups, to align on initiatives and best practices
• Lead strategic dialogues to understand customer needs and secure buy-in for Financial Anti-Crime initiatives
• Cross-organizational collaboration – work closely with Development Directors, Department Managers, and Product Owners across SDC to ensure strategic alignment
• Create and facilitate business-level and product-specific roadmaps that support the Financial Anti-Crime strategy, ensuring initiatives deliver value for money
• Leverage market trends, regulatory developments, and external networks to guide customer dialogues and continuously evolve strategies

What you bring to the table:

• Strong banking expertise, particularly in transaction banking, Financial Anti-Crime, Digital Channels, and customer journeys/behavior across retail and corporate
• Experience in facilitating structured, goal-oriented customer dialogues
• Ability to maintain and align business roadmaps with customer needs and strategic priorities while supporting product areas
• A holistic approach to business challenges, developing clear, conceptual solutions
• A solid understanding of IT
• Effective communication skills, adaptable to different stakeholders and organizational levels
• Ability to lead and influence
• Customer-centric perspective
• Previous experience in Product Management (desired)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (nice to have)
• Fluency in both English and Danish
