Job description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our client’s growing company. You will work with the latest technologies in remote ECG monitoring in the field of cardiac rhythm management. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving the growth of our market share. Your role will involve close collaboration with medical professionals, strategic partners, service providers and distributors, understanding their needs, and translating these into strategic business initiatives.Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our existing customers, strategic partners, service providers and distribution network
• Identify new business opportunities
• Build relationships with key stakeholders
• Drive the growth of our market share
• Collaborate with medical professionals, strategic partners, service providers, and distributors
• Understand the needs of stakeholders and translate these into strategic business initiatives

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience in sales and/or business development or a related field
• Knowledge of remote ECG monitoring and cardiac rhythm management
• In-depth understanding or arrhythmias and ECG
• Medical software and AI skills are highly appreciated, but not a must
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Collaborate with the team and participate in project planning
• Ability to travel globally
