Location: Kista, Stockholm (Sweden)ABOUT THE ROLE & THE TEAM
As the Business Development Manager – Citrix in Arrow, you will join the Infrastructure Business Unit located in our offices in Stockholm. You will exercise your role within the Swedish market.
Within this position, you will be mainly responsible for the management of the current client accounts as well as the new business development. Your role will involve continuous relationship development between the business area (Cloud Computing/Infrastructure), regional teams and the vendors, to ensure a trust and support of business objectives.Key Responsibilities:
On the daily basis, you will be:– Working with Arrow Internal Sales teams, to identify the key reseller partners with good potential to develop sales of the vendor’s products and services.– Working with the abovementioned partners to ensure they have all the tools necessary to realize their sales potential, namely:Bring new partners to Arrow, by the prospection (phone, email) and client meetingsExecute successful business plansBuild and maintain strong relationships with the vendorFind New Business leadsBuild and maintain strong relationships within the partner’s baseIdentify new partners, engage and enable accordingly to drive incremental salesInitiating marketing campaigns for the partners to find new leadsRegular and accurate forecasting of opportunities, providing detail for both short- and long-term dealsEnable partners by providing regular sales trainingA FEW THINGS YOU’RE AN EXPERT ATDevelopment of new Customers, excellent communication skillsAt least 5 years’ experience in Business Development/Account Management within the IT distribution/IT manufacturers’ sector (Cloud Computing/Infrastructure sales ideally)Experience with Citrix products and solutions is a must!Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approachVery good knowledge of the local marketWorks independently but also a team playerFluency in Swedish and English language is a must to be successful in this recruitmentA FEW MORE THINGS YOU ALSO KNOW (OR WANT TO LEARN)Contributes to process improvementsAbility to build strong relationshipsTarget DrivenWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:Fantastic working culture where you can make an impactCompetitive package composed of a base salary plus bonus based on your performance with the car allowance includedThis position is a life changing opportunity to start and continue a key career move in a fast paced, international organization.
