Responsible for identifying new and existing business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with both existing and potential clients, driving revenue growth within a defined territory, the Business Development Manager will work closely with the Director of Ireland, the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and tactics to achieve company goals and objectives.

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Maintain and update the business CRM with regions pipeline.
  • Focus on maintaining and developing relationships with, acting as an account manager for the region.
  • Utilise relationships with clients in order to maximise retention within the region alongside the client success team. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to secure new business deals and contracts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop and execute business development strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company and generate leads.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and business development techniques.
