This role is crucial in driving ongoing improvements across our projects and ensuring that lessons learned are effectively integrated into our processes. The ideal candidate will have exemplary IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and they should be confident building relationships with both team members and stakeholders.Expected Duties:
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Facilitate lessons learned sessions and ensure that insights are documented and applied to future projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to develop and implement best practices.
- Utilize IT tools and software to track progress and measure the impact of improvement initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the company.
- Provide training and support to team members on improvement processes and tools.
- Occasional travel within NI & the UK

- Solid experience in a similar role within a busy office environment.
- Extensive knowledge and high level of proficiency of MS Packages including SharePoint
- Demonstrate strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Have the ability to work on one’s own initiative to strict dead-lines, prioritising and planning work-load
- Have excellent attention to detail, with an analytical and precision- orientated mind-set
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a passion for driving change and improvement.
Desirable
- Knowledge of the construction industry.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001.
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Effective Communication skills: Able to adapt communication to audience and create detailed written documents and reports. Able to maintain and manage communication links with a variety of stakeholders.
