In this role, you will be the strategic partner for our most valuable Health Care Customers, ensuring they receive best service and tailored solutions. As a key player in our sales team, you are helping health care professionals achieve their goals while driving account growth for Convatec. If you are passionate about sales, thrive in building long-term partnerships, and are excited to work in fast-paced environment, this it the perfect opportunity for you.Join us on our journey and you’ll drive progress that really means something!Your key duties and responsibilities:Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with products and services. Building and leading National OC Advisory BoardDeveloping and executing strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue from key accountsActing as the primary point of contact for key HCPs, proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Meeting customers face-to-face and organizing local and national events together with MarketingMeet country sales targets and New Acute Start targetsConducting regular business reviews and performance analyses for key accounts, providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance HCP partnershipsNegotiating contract renewals and pricing agreements and taking part of the country tender processIdentifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and strategizing to expand Convatec’s market share in the marketAnalyzing competitor activities and market dynamics, adjusting account strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive advantageKeeping track of key performance indicators (KPIs) and key account metrics, using data-driven insights to measure success and drive continuous improvementCollaborating with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and Ostomy Specialist/INSS, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet customer expectationsStaying updated with Ostomy Care market trends and market developments, anticipating changes in customers’ needs, and tailoring solutions to meet evolving requirementsAbout you:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business administration, Sales, or a related fieldmin 5 years of Medical Sales Experience, preferably within Ostomy Care specialtyProven experience in business management and project leadProficient in all Microsoft Office applications, and CRM softwareWillingness to travel up to 80% of your work scheduleCritical Thinking/Problem SolvingOral/Written CommunicationsStrong Interpersonal SkillsTeamwork/CollaborationDemonstrate leadership skillsLanguage Skills:Norwegian nativeEnglish writing/reading fluentOur transformation will change your career.
