Apply now!The position:As a Business Project Lead, you will serve as the key enabler of leading important business projects within different disciplines such as supply chain, finance, and more. You will work collaboratively with many different stakeholders within CMC and across Novo Nordisk to shape projects, execute on strategic initiatives with impact across CMC and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct thorough analyses of business processes and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Facilitate workshops for SMEs and key stakeholders to ensure cross-functional alignment within the project.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Prepare and present project progress to senior management in CMC.
- Ensure smooth orchestration of a cross-functional development governance board in close collaboration with the Strategy Director.
The position offers a steep learning curve, involvement in various business disciplines, and senior management exposure, with numerous exciting opportunities to make a real business impact. The position is based in Bagsværd, and you will report to the Senior Manager of the CMC Finance & Supply Chain team.Qualifications:To succeed in this role, we imagine you hold a MSc degree in e.g. Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Management Engineering, or a related field combined with a minimum of +3-5 years of experience in project management, process improvement, business consulting, or a similar role. Furthermore, you:
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Are proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- Are able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Have a high professional proficiency in English.
