Project descriptionWe’re looking for a driven Business Project Manager with a strong background in Business Analysis, Process Management, and deep expertise in Commercial & Syndicated Lending, Wealth Management, and banking operations. You’ll manage end-to-end project delivery from requirement gathering to post-implementation, engaging both business and IT teams. Fluency in German and English is essential, as you’ll work across international stakeholders.Responsibilities

  • Lead full project lifecycle within wealth management and lending domains, including commercial and syndicated loans.
  • Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Map, optimize, and redesign lending and client onboarding processes for efficiency, compliance, and user satisfaction.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement across business, operations, legal, risk & compliance, and IT.
  • Plan and track project progress, manage risks/issues, and handle dependencies.
  • Conduct system/configuration workshops, business-user training, and support user acceptance testing.
  • Prepare go-live readiness plans, support cutover, and monitor performance post-launch.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including requirements, process maps, test scripts, and user guides.

SKILLSMust have

  • 5+ years of Project Management / Business Analysis experience in banking or financial services  .
  • Strong expertise in Commercial and Syndicated Loans, including full credit lifecycle and post-transaction servicing.
  • Experience in Wealth Management project execution and process design.
  • Proficient in financial and regulatory requirements (e.g., credit risk, KYC/AML compliance).
  • Fluent in German (C1+) and English-spoken and written.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and reporting skills.
  • Solid grasp of business process modelling, change management, and quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and typical PM tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).

Nice to have

  • Previous experience working on syndicated loan operations or international loan implementations . • Knowledge of API-based integrations, data management, SQL reporting. • Understanding of ESG-linked finance and structured lending products.
