Posting Description:Business Support AnalystAon are currently looking to recruit a Business Support Analyst on a FTC to be based out of our London office. • Support the Chief of Staff in all aspects of coordination and governance within ABS
• Lead the process for looking ahead to key ABS Executive meetings and ensure the team plans accordingly
• Contribute to the scheduling, agenda development and meeting content of these meetings
• Attend meetings on behalf of the Chief of Staff and accurately summarise the main talking points and actions
• Develop strong working relationships with critical stakeholders to help achieve team goals efficiently
• Accelerate the ABS communication plan, including coordination of town halls
• Support communication activities within projects and programmes of work
• Design solutions to resolve issues and react to new initiatives
• Gather information from multiple sources and present key findings in a clear and logical way
