Business Systems Analyst Skills: ERP | CRM | Process Automation | Finance Applications Location: Galway (Hybrid) | Salary: €70,000-85,000 DOE | Type: PermanentJoin a global SaaS leader in governance, risk and compliance as a Business Systems Analyst. You’ll sit within the Financial Applications team, helping to bridge business needs with IT solutions. This role is all about optimising systems, driving automation, and enabling AI adoption to make processes faster, smarter, and more scalable.Responsibilities:Analyse and document business processes, finding automation opportunities.Support and enhance systems such as NetSuite, Coupa, OpenAir and OneStream.Translate requirements into effective technical solutions.Partner with Finance, Accounting, Legal and IT teams to deliver improvements.Monitor system performance and ensure issues are resolved quickly.Requirements:2-4 years’ experience as a Business Systems Analyst (or equivalent).Knowledge of ERP/CRM platforms (NetSuite a plus).Understanding of finance/accounting processes.Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.Benefits: Hybrid work (West of Ireland HQ), private healthcare, pension, wellness programs, generous leave, and a collaborative, innovative culture.Apply now or contact Tom @ Reperio for details.
