Who we are looking forA Test Analyst, who will join the testing team within the Business Systems Solutions department, collaborating with the internal development team to enhance our applications portfolio.The Business Systems Solutions department utilises various technologies to provide custom built solutions and implement third party products and services. Supporting processes to drive effectiveness, efficiency, scalability and sustainability, with a significant focus on test automation to provide a standardised regression testing approach across all solutions.You will be responsible for producing documentation, providing information and updates to the team, and working closely with the automation testers and the development team.This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.Preferred skills and experienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field, or relevant commercial experience.Experience writing technical documentation.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Excellent attention to detail.Ability to handle multiple streams of work simultaneously.Adaptable to rapidly evolving technical requirements.Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools and best practices.Experience working with a development team.Test Automation experience.
