The facilities receive 260,000 tonnes of meat and eggs every year. The major production groups are beef, pork, chicken, eggs, turkey, mutton, lamb and goat.The tasks you will perform require good physical fitness.We seek candidates with at least a few months in the field and recommendations from previous employers. Available role:As a butcher, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high quality service up to the customer’s standard
- Preparation of products in accordance with customer’s requirements
- Slaughtering duties
- Cutting, boning, and grinding pieces of meat
- Cleaning equipment and keeping the work station in clean condition in accordance with the Norwegian health and sanitation standards
- Operating knives, band saws, grinders, scales and other equipment
- Assisting with other tasks as assigned
