BUYERWOMEN’S SHOES & ACCESSORIES ILLUMDo you want to shape the assortment in one of ILLUM’s key categories and create an inspiring shopping experience? This is your chance.As a Buyer at ILLUM, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing the product assortment for Women’s Shoes & Accessories – with a sharp focus on trends, sales performance, and customer needs. You will work both strategically and analytically with buying, supplier negotiations, and pricing to ensure a strong, profitable assortment. With your commercial mindset and passion for retail, you will create value through smart product selections and a strong market position.To Succeed in This Roll, You Will…

• Lead the buying and trading strategy for Women’s Shoes & Accessories – turning trends, sales data, and customer behavior into strong product choices.
• Balance daily operations with strategic planning, working hands-on with everything from forecasting and inventory to pricing and brand performance.
• Use a structured, data-driven approach to stock management, sales analysis, and process development.
• Collaborate closely with Merchandisers, the Senior Buying Manager, Sales Teams, and key internal stakeholders.
• Navigate a dynamic retail environment with confidence, solving challenges quickly and proactively.
• Develop and implement a growth-focused category strategy within your first 6 months – and deliver improvements in sales and margin through smart buying.

• Have a strong sense of trends and a genuine passion for retail and product.
• Are naturally analytical and skilled at turning data into clear, actionable insights.
• Bring experience from buying, merchandising, retail planning, or supply chain.
• Work in a structured way and use analysis to support better decisions and drive results.
• Are a confident communicator and team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
• Speak fluent English (Danish is a plus but not essential).
• Are hands-on, proactive, and excited to help shape something new at ILLUM.
