We are seven employees working together to provide our customers with fuel products and services.In the role of BWR & VVER Fuel Business Engineer, you will be responsible and accountable for the relationship with the BWR & VVER Customers in Europe in all fuel business-related matters. Understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable solutions is a key task in this role. You will be working in close cooperation with Global Markets, Fuel Solutions Manager, Contract Managers and other internal functions to ensure win-win business opportunities nurturing Customer partnerships.Your contribution for a carbon-free futureAs Fuel Business Engineer, your main responsibility is for the fuel account management and sales for BWR & VVER Customers in Europe regarding fuel manufacturing and fuel engineering services. The detailed responsibilities include:

  • Lead the Sales Process,
  • Monitor sales parameters including forecasting accuracy, Orders Entered (OE), Sales, EBITDA and Margin as sold (MAS)
  • Manage the Customer relationship, be the Voice of the Customer inside Westinghouse, and the main point of interface with the Customer
  • Understand the Customer needs, identify business opportunities, provide input for business planning and maintain opportunities
  • Cooperate closely with Fuel Solutions Managers to identify unique products or core/fuel engineering solutions to meet and exceed Customer expectations
  • Set Target Price/ Value Price and Target Cost
  • Lead contract negotiation and the closure of the deal together with the offer team
  • Cooperate with Engineering, ensure technical issues are resolved and communicated
  • Collaboration with the Key Account Manager within Global Markets to share Customer specific lessons learned and information
  • Support the Contract Management team in commercial matters, Customer issue resolution, and strengthen Customer relationships by collecting feedback

  • Bachelor´s degree in engineering or technical discipline.
  • Fluent in English (writing and speaking). Positive if you also speak and understand some Swedish.
  • Understanding of financials (relationship of sales, margin and OE).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to absorb significant and complex information.
  • Knowledge on how to understand the inter-workings of the organization (procedures and processes) and how to navigate and ensure completion of the actions.
