• Fraud monitoring
• Reklamációk rögzítése\kezelése
• Bankfióki tanácsadóktól érkező levelek megválaszolása
• Társterületről érkező visszahívások
• Adathalász esetek kezelése (minden típus, kártya és számla érintettség is)
• Számlás riasztások kezelése
