- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in using telephone systems and computer applications.
- A customer-focused attitude with a desire to help others.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Route Vans.
- Previous experience in excel preferred.
