• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in using telephone systems and computer applications.
• A customer-focused attitude with a desire to help others.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Route Vans.
• Previous experience in excel preferred.
