We offer an international, dynamic work environment with unparalleled opportunities for professional growth.About the RoleAs a Camera Optical Architecture Expert, you will take a leading role in researching, designing, and prototyping cutting-edge mobile phone camera hardware technologies. Your work will directly impact the development of industry-leading imaging solutions and contribute to our competitive edge in global markets.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the optical design of mobile phone imaging lenses and new imaging architectures
• Research and prototype novel camera hardware solutions with a focus on manufacturability and performance
• Establish collaborations with academic institutions to support long-term R&D roadmap planning
• Evaluate emerging optical technologies to solve complex hardware challenges
• Develop and verify optical design schemes, including system-level design and simulations
• Drive the development of a manufacturing-oriented optical design and simulation platform
• Lead patent strategy and intellectual property development related to camera lenses
• Analyze and provide insights into optical design, materials, and manufacturing processes
• Explore future research opportunities in optical camera hardware technologies

What We’re Looking For:

• In-depth expertise in camera optical design, including experience with innovations brought to mass production
• Proven track record in research and development, ideally including industry-academic collaborations

Qualifications:

• PhD or post-doctoral degree in Optics or a related field
• 10+ years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in optical design tools such as Zemax, Code V, and LightTools
