The Risk Aggregation team is a global function that performs the Internal Solvency Capital Model aggregate calculations used across the Group and provides Internal Model-based quantitative risk metrics for both Group and legal entities.You will be responsible for assisting the Head of Risk Aggregation in all aspects of capital modelling and reporting. Key areas of responsibility will involve producing and analyzing Internal Model solvency capital figures and providing support in various queries related to required capital (e.g. quarterly Internal Model figures, projections, stress tests). In more detail your responsibilities will include:

  • Support in the production of quarterly internal model solvency capital figures for Group and Legal Entities,
  • Perform the analysis of movements of the internal solvency capital figures,
  • Support in the production of internal capital requirement projections and stress test,
  • Improve continuously the reporting processes,
  • Develop and maintain model and processes documentation,
  • Follow established governance requirements, ensuring data quality standards are met for all reporting outputs.
  • Respond to queries or ad hoc investigations regarding capital requirements.
  • Support in the transition to a Solvency II Internal Model.

QualificationsAbout you:

  • Master’s degree in Maths, Statistics, Economics, Actuarial Sciences, or related field
  • 4+ years of relevant experience, ideally in Solvency II internal capital models and reporting
  • Knowledge of Solvency II is essential
  • Broad understanding of statistical modelling and capital models
  • Non-Life (re)insurance background preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office
  • Competent in using programming tools like Igloo, R, Power Query or VBA is desired
  • Ability to solve problems using sound reasoning and judgement
  • Effective communication skills (both written and oral), capable of presenting complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Detail orientated and strong organizational skills
  • Takes initiative and proposes improvements
  • Fluent in English
