New and Used Car Sales Executive required in Bath.

  • £22,000 basic salary with £45,000+ uncapped on-target annual earnings and a personal company car.
  • 6-6-5-4 day rota with a set day off in the week (two full weekends, then just a Saturday, then a weekend off), with business hours 8:30am-6:00pm Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm Saturday and 10:30am-4:30pm Sunday.

A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for an experienced and professional New and Used Car Sales Executive at our client’s premium franchise-approved car dealership based in Bath.Reporting to the Sales Manager and working with a friendly sales and administration support team, you will be required to sell predominantly new and used cars ranging from compact city cars to electric SUVs to V-10 supercars and everything in between. You will also sell various add-ons, accessories, and finance and insurance products to reach and exceed allocated sales targets and ensure a high level of customer service. You will be required to keep customers informed of the delivery progress of their vehicle and advise customers of any potential delays that may occur. You will be required to resolve any queries which may arise and collect payment from customers before releasing the vehicle. You must explain warranties, and after-sales service arrangements, introduce the customer to the Service Department where possible, demonstrate the features of the vehicle and offer any other support that may be required.To be eligible, you will need to live within a reasonable commuting distance of Bath and have a UK driving license with minimal points. Current or recent car sales experience would be highly beneficial to our client; however, they are open to considering Car Sales Executives from outside the motor trade with strong retail sales/customer service experience working with premium products and looking to move into a new, challenging role. Overall, you will need to have a desire to produce results, a commitment to excellence, be able to build outstanding customer relationships, and have a genuine passion to work for the company.What’s in it for you?   • Basic salary of £22,000 per annum.
  • An uncapped and realistic on-target-earnings of £45,000+ per annum based on sales performance.
  • Paid on both initial orders taken and several vehicles handed over to the customer.
