Home ManagerMental Health Service£36,000 – £45,000Good CQCI currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Home Manager to join a 17 bedded, Mental Health service in Streatham. As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the high-quality care standards that the Home pride themselves on; you will lead an enthusiastic team of care staff, harbouring a safe and nurturing environment for both residents and employees.The Home Manager package includes:

• Social hours (8am-5pm)
• 28 days paid holiday per annum

Requirements:

• CQC registration as a Manager for a Care Home or relevant qualification
• At least 2 years experience managing a Care Home, ideally Mental Health
• Secure knowledge of regulations
• Up-to-date with industry advancements
• Strong leadership and communication skills
