We are looking for a CARPENTER to work in Finland for a permanent employment contract with our international client company.Our client has over 50 years of experience in manufacturing luxury sailing yachts, which are globally renowned for their perfect combination of quality, performance, elegance, and reliability.Since 1960, the company has built and delivered over 2,000 yachts ranging from 36 to 131 feet. Currently, the production facility employs around 300 professionals. With a strong belief in the future and several major new projects underway, we are continuously looking for new skilled employees.In this role, you will work with high-quality materials and demanding projects that require precise craftsmanship and attention to detail.If you have a relevant professional qualification, produce precise and professional-quality work, are committed, and can work both independently and as part of a team, you might be the perfect candidate for this position.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Performing carpentry work in yacht interiors and furniture
– Working with high-quality wooden materials
– Collaborating with other professionals to ensure high-quality project execution
– Participating in the yacht assembly and finishing processREQUIREMENTS:
– Previous experience in carpentry, preferably in yacht building or other demanding craftsmanship
– Attention to detail and a high standard of work quality
– Good cooperation and teamwork skills
– Independent working ability and capability to perform under pressure
– Proficiency in English, Finnish, or Swedish
– Basic understanding of yacht-building processes is considered an advantage but is not mandatoryWE OFFER:
