1. Greet and assist customers with warmth and enthusiasm, providing exceptional customer service.
2. Showcase our range of memorabilia, helping customers select the perfect holiday keepsakes.
3. Assist guests in booking winter activities, ensuring they have a magical experience.
4. Maintain the store’s impeccable appearance, arrange displays, and manage inventory.
5. Accurately process transactions, ensuring the security of customer payment information.
6. Collaborate with the team to organize and execute in-store events and promotions.Primary Responsibilities in Hostel:
1. Housekeeping duties as needed during peak seasons.
2. Oversee hotel operations, including guest check-in, staff management
3. Ensure high-quality guest services and maintain a clean and orderly environment throughout the hotel.Requirements:
1. Outstanding communication skills and a strong customer-focused mindset.
2. Sales experience and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
3. Genuine enthusiasm for the Christmas season and related memorabilia.
4. Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently.
5. Flexibility with work hours, including weekends and holidays.
6.
