We organize free bus transportation to Kilpilahti for our employees from the capital region, Porvoo and the nearby areas.More about the jobYour role in our teamManage the full end-to-end EPCM and Engineering procurement category, encompassing strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.Develop and execute category strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on cost optimization, risk mitigation, and innovation.Proactively engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide strategic procurement advice.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement.Monitor supplier performance, manage supplier relationships, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the categories.Collaborate with legal and risk management teams to ensure contracts comply with relevant policies and regulations.Drive cost savings initiatives and track realized savings against targets.Keys to success in this roleMaster’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Demonstrated ability to drive resultsExtensive experience managing complex procurement categories encompassing EPCM and Engineering, consistently driving significant value and efficiency improvements.Strong negotiation, contract drafting, and supplier management skills.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Fluency in English, both written and spoken.Other strengths we valueStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Responsible attitude and safety-oriented mindsetLet’s get you startedWe look forward to receiving your CV and application (with a salary request) by August 6th, 2025.If you have any questions regarding the process or the position, please get in touch with Niko Paavola, Head of Technical Services Categories, niko.paavola@neste.com, +358 50 458 4050 from August 4th to 6th.The recruitment process will include interviews and a possible aptitude assessment.
