We are seeking a motivated Procurement Category Manager with an appetite to drive strategic development and build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.Danish Crown Group Procurement are instrumental in driving supply chain optimization, and we want to develop our relationships towards key suppliers through our SRM-program (Supply Relational Management).We are looking for a skilled new colleague with a solid strategic procurement toolbox, who can take lead in further supply chain optimization as well as build strong relationships with key suppliers. and facilitate an even stronger and more successful cooperations within the Cleaning Services category.Success starts with a team

As the Category Manager for Cleaning Services, you take ownership of your own category. Your responsibility covers all Danish Crown business units primarily located in Denmark, UK, Germany, Sweden, and Poland.
To succeed in the role, it is important that you possess a strategic mindset and can work on the long horizon. You communicate and drive changes on all levels of the organization, and you wish to develop your Contract Management and Supplier Relationship Management skills to be best-in-class.Your key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute category strategies for cleaning services.
• Lead strategic procurement programs.
• Manage complex service contracts, including Supplier performance
• Build and maintain strong SRM programs with key suppliers.
• Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Drive ESG development with main suppliers.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts.

We are looking for someone with:

• A commercial education (MSc Merc, Trade diploma, or similar).
• +5 years of strategic procurement and SRM experience.
• A proven track record in procurement, category management, and SRM.
• Strong cooperation skills.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and contract management skills.
• Experience with procurement models, Power BI, and Excel.
