• Lead and coordinate a cross-functional virtual category team
• Define and implement the ICT Sourcing category strategy across all business units at Posti
• Gather business requirements and analyze market trends and best practices
• Identify synergies and drive total cost of ownership (TCO) optimization
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships to ensure long-term value
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive sourcing transformation across all Posti countries

To succeed in this position, we hope that you have:

• A university degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field
• Strong background in strategic sourcing and supply chain management
• Proven ability to identify and deliver cost savings
• Solid experience in supplier base management and contract negotiations
• Strategic thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and drive changes in a complex organization
• Fluent Finnish and English language skills
• Willingness to travel as needed
