Luminary Group is currently seeking a highly experienced and strategic-minded Chief Commercial Officer to join our client. As the Chief Commercial Officer, you will play a critical role in driving the commercial success of our life science consulting business, focusing on regulatory affairs (RA), pharmacovigilance (PV), quality assurance (QA), and compliance. You will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy, driving revenue growth, and developing strong relationships with clients. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the life science consulting industry.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Lead the business development efforts, including identifying and pursuing new client opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals and solutions that meet the unique needs of clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Manage the performance and development of the commercial team.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on commercial activities, pipeline development, and revenue projections.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, PhD) preferred.
