Someone who is looking to move into a well-rewarded regional digital role for a key global client in the alcoholic beverages category, delivering award-winning work.About the Role:The ideal candidate will be confident managing Programmatic and/or PPC & Social activity. Experience across both areas is ideal, but we are also looking for specialists in each field.The successful candidate will be a passionate and dedicated digital expert, overseeing the digital planning & activation for globally leading brands in the alcoholic beverages industry across multiple markets covering not just CEE, but also MEA and Western Europe.This role reports to a CEE Digital Director, supported by our client Activation HUB in London and is integrated into all aspects of programmatic, search & social marketing for the brand client and its many products.Your mission and responsibilities:

• Develop, setup and manage integrated (multi-platform, multi-brand) digital media plans based on technical knowledge of the digital ecosystem and platforms.
• Provide regular status updates on Programmatic and/or Social deliverables, ensuring deadlines and reporting are met.
• Analyse campaign results to identify trends and insights that drive client goal achievement.
• Understand partner(s) technology capability/functionality.
• Help identify new Programmatic and/or Social partners for the client.
• Understand client objectives and offer solutions across Programmatic and/or Social (e.g., reporting, forecasting, best practices, optimization).
• Maintain communication with the client and key internal stakeholders in a proactive and solution focused manner.

What you bring to the Team:

• Experience in Programmatic and/or Social planning and activation
• Excellent knowledge and hands on experience of the following: Ads Manager, DV360, TradeDesk, Google Ads
• Strong spoken & written English and Hungarian is a must-have
• Demonstrate passion and knowledge of the Programmatic & Ad Tech and/or Social channels
• Understand the digital user journey, e.g. conversion tracking and remarketing principles
• Have a passion for learning new things
• Have strong organizational skills, being able to manage multiple projects at once
• Have excellent numerical skills and confidence analysing data
• Have excellent communication and listening skills
