Powered by the Omni marketing orchestration system, OMG connects best-in-class capabilities that enable our full-service media agencies OMD, PHD, and Hearts & Science to deliver more relevant and actionable consumer experiences, more productive and proactive client experiences, and more collaborative and rewarding talent experiences for the more than 24,000 people serving the world’s leading brands in OMG agencies around the globe.The Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical CEE Media Reporting Analyst to join our dynamically growing PHD Global Business unit in Budapest.This role is essential in our mission to take our reporting processes to the next level and tap into the power of our various data sources.Your mission and responsibilities:
- Collecting, analysing and coordinating data from various markets to create meaningful reports, dashboards to enhance efficiency and support decision making
- Challenge & optimise data collection processes to ensure high quality and accuracy
- Proactively designing and fine-tuning reporting templates based on data source synergies
- Maintaining a regular dialogue with local markets
- Supporting the Business Lead, Market Engagement Lead and Strategy team in running various client projects.
What you bring to the Team:
- You have minimum 1-2 years of experience within a media agency environment
Ideally you have a holistic understanding of the broader media ecosystem or buying experience. * OR You have demonstrated experience in an analyst or junior auditor role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (i.e. macros, pivots, lookups)
- You are highly organised, punctual, and you enjoy handling large sets of data
- Fluent English is essential
- Power BI experience would be appreciated but is not essential
- Knowledge and experience of research tools (i.e. Nielsen, TGI) is an advantage.
