With over 11 million participants globally, functional fitness is booming, but no tracker really meets the unique demands of the sport. Currently available solutions provide generic analysis that does not capture the complexity of functional fitness movements, leaving athletes without the precise data they need to optimize training.That’s where , comes in. We have created a first-of-its-kind wearable solution that can track all commom movements in functional fitness with a single chest sensor. Our AI-powered algorithms analyze movement and heart rate, providing feedback on fatigue, pacing, and intensity. These insights help functional fitness athletes train smarter, prevent overtraining and hit the performance goals they are striving for. THE TEAMOur team has a strong research background in biomechanics, exercise physiology, and machine learning, along with expertise in software development. One of our co-founders is currently pursuing a PhD at KTH, further strengthening our research-driven approach. This foundation ensures our technology is rigorously validated, providing athletes with precise, AI-powered insights to optimise training and performance.JOIN AS OUR CEOWe are looking for a CEO to lead WODMotions into its next phase of growth.This is an equity-based opportunity, ideal for someone passionate about building scalable wearable solutions for the functional fitness community.Your role will be to drive the business strategy and operation aspects as we transition from MVP to market launch and beyond.WITH YOU ON BOARD, OUR GOALS FOR THE NEXT MONTHS ARE:

  • Launching to early adopters and gathering critical user feedback to fine-tune product-market fit.
  • Securing our first round of investment by pitching to angel investors, VCs, and strategic partners.
  • Building key partnerships with fitness professionals, gyms, and influencers to drive early traction.
  • Defining business processes & KPIs for product development, sales, and customer success.

Startup projects receive extensive support from inhouse Business Development Coaches as well as additional support such as office space, community activities, team development support, IP and legal counseling, access to industry, mentor and investor networks.
